Some of his favorite experiences include being on the medical team for the Detroit Pistons, Motor City Cruise, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions, Michigan Panthers, Wayne State Warriors, and Iowa Hawkeyes Softball.

Harris has a passion for keeping people physically active, pain free, and healthy. His own experiences as an athlete drive him to educate others on their diagnosis, treatment options, and the habits they should implement to prevent it from happening again in the future. He understands how important participating in whatever you enjoy is, and how much it can be a part of a person’s identity.

In addition to his medical training, Harris has a variety of experiences in the fields of teaching, mentoring, coaching, and training athletes. While in college, Harris worked as an athletic trainer for the Division III TCNJ Lions. He also served as a strength and conditioning intern with the Princeton Tigers.

After graduating college, Harris was the Quarterback’s coach for Hudson Catholic High School in Jersey City, New Jersey. He also worked as an SAT instructor for Kaplan & a performance coach at the Parisi Speed School in Fair Lawn, New Jersey.

Harris will try and tell anybody that will listen that he is a 5x flag football champion, notched a triple double in an intramural basketball game while a resident at the University of Iowa, and is an excellent bhangra dancer. If you don’t believe him, he says he has the videos to prove it.

He currently is active in playing flag football, and also enjoys weight lifting as well as practicing jiu-jitsu. You may find him playing football at Plano West HS on Sunday mornings as well as rolling at Gracie Jiu Jitsu Euless during the week.

He enjoys documenting, and sharing his own video content to inspire others to continue their athletic endeavors for a lifetime! Check out the links below if interested in seeing Harris in action:
